Lillehammer 1581GR is a box-shaped outdoor wall light 18.5 cm high and 8 cm wide that projects 11 cm from the wall. The cast aluminium body is powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016. Windows of optical safety glass in the top and bottom faces let the light out upwards and downwards at the same time.
What light it gives
Two Cree LED modules shine at 3000 K, a warm white close to a traditional incandescent bulb, with Ra 80 colour rendering. Each beam has a 60° angle, so the fitting draws two bright bands on the wall running up and down from it — half of the light goes upwards (ULOR 50%). It draws 7.3 W and delivers 229 lm, enough to pick out a façade, an entrance or a pillar; it is not enough to light a yard or a driveway.
The wall light is phase-dimmable, but only with a trailing-edge dimmer (often marked RC). It will not work with an older leading-edge R/RL dimmer.
Mounting and wiring
The fitting is screwed to the wall through two ø5 mm holes spaced 45 × 130 mm, following the supplied instructions. As a class I luminaire it needs a protective earth conductor. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow loop-through to the next wall light (up to 3 × 1.5 mm²), so several fittings on one façade can share one supply line. The EPDM gland takes a cable 7–10.5 mm in diameter. The wall light weighs 1.66 kg.
Durability and servicing
IP65 allows mounting on an exposed wall without a canopy, and its impact resistance is IK08. The LED modules and driver are replaced by a professional service; Norlys offers the ZS1581 service kit for this fitting. The maker states a module lifetime above 102,000 h (L80) and above 52,600 h (L90), and 50,000 h for the driver. Norlys intends Lillehammer for lighting walls, façades and architectural details; our catalogue also lists it for balconies, gardens, hotels and restaurants. The same body comes in other colours, including black (1581BL), white (1581WH) and light grey (1581AL), and in a 24 V version (DC1581GR).

I again made a purchase of wall sconces for my new home, i have already been in contact with this manufacturer because i already have lamps from this series and despite the passage of a few years they look and shine like new. the product is 100% worth the price!!!
