Nowodvorski CHILLIN 8197 wall light with switch, black shade with gold lining, E27 Promo Code 🚀- NOVO15 until the end of Oct 25

The Nowodvorski CHILLIN 8197 is a wall light with a black fabric shade lined in gold on the inside, mounted on a rectangular base of black lacquered steel. An ON/OFF switch sits under the base, so the lamp is switched on right at the fitting.

Size and wall mounting

The wall light is 25 cm high, and the shade measures 20 cm across and 16 cm high. It projects 22 cm from the wall — the figure to compare with the space beside a bed, a wardrobe or a door, where the lamp must not stick into a walkway. It mounts directly on the wall, and the box contains the fitting, the shade and the installation instructions. It weighs 0.52 kg.

It runs on 230 V. It is protection class I, so the protective earth conductor must be connected. Nowodvorski intends it for indoor use only.

Bulb and light

No bulb is included. The E27 lampholder takes LED bulbs only, up to 10 W — the manufacturer rules out incandescent and halogen lamps. A 10 W LED E27 bulb typically gives around 800–1000 lm, about as much as an old 60–75 W bulb. You choose the light colour with the bulb.

Where it fits

A plain shade on a geometric base is a modern, minimalist form, with the gold lining as the only colour accent. It suits living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and hallways, offices and studies, as well as hotels and restaurants. The switch on the lamp is especially handy beside a bed or an armchair. It is made in Poland, and CHILLIN also comes in white.
