Quintiesse Addison bathroom wall light, 2 × G9, polished chrome

Quintiesse Addison QN-ADDISON2-BATH is a two-light bathroom wall fitting with a polished chrome finish and clear ribbed glass. Its two flared shades hang from curved arms, joined by a straight crossbar and a round wall plate. The steel frame combines a traditional outline with restrained detailing, making this a modern classic design rather than a plain linear mirror light.

Allow space for the shades

The fitting is 40.6 cm wide, 24.2 cm high and projects 19.6 cm from the wall. Compare the overall width with your mirror, rather than estimating its size from the photograph. Projection matters particularly above a mirrored cabinet: check the path of opening doors and the clearance beneath the shades before deciding on the mounting position.

Addison can be installed with the shades facing either upwards or downwards, as confirmed by the manufacturer. That provides two mounting orientations within the same version, without needing a different fitting. The circular backplate measures 13 cm across; include its position when planning the relationship between the light and the upper edge of the mirror.

Replaceable G9 lamps are included

Two 3 W LED G9 lamps are supplied. These are replaceable light sources, not an integrated LED module. The manufacturer specifies 300 lumens per lamp and a colour temperature of 3000 K, giving warm white light. The lumen figure describes each supplied lamp, not a measured light output for the complete fitting.

The fitting is compatible with dimmable lamps. If brightness control is part of your installation, choose mutually compatible lamps and controls rather than assuming the wall light itself provides dimming.

A bathroom fitting with classic detailing

Addison is rated IP44 and is specified for interior and bathroom use. Its twin-shade arrangement is suited to the mirror area, with the final location selected to meet bathroom installation requirements. Polished chrome offers a direct finish match for chrome fittings, while the ribbed glass introduces texture without an opaque shade. This combination works particularly well when the room brings together traditional shapes and a more restrained modern classic finish.
