Rendl PERTH R13661 combines a textile-shaded wall light with a separate LED reading light on a flexible arm. This version pairs a beige shade with white elements and a chrome finish. Its square shade and wall base contrast with the curved line of the narrow reading arm.
Two sources with different roles
An E14 lampholder sits beneath the shade, while an integrated LED spotlight occupies the end of the flexible arm. The two sources can be controlled separately using the rotary switch on the base. You can therefore choose the shaded light or direct the reading light towards a particular part of an open book, rather than having to operate both sections together.
The LED spotlight uses 3 W and provides 150 lm at a warm-white colour temperature of 3000 K. Its 30° beam is narrower than the light spreading around the shade. These figures describe the spotlight, not the output of the complete wall light. Brightness and colour temperature on the E14 side depend on the bulb selected. The current manufacturer product sheet describes the arrangement as 7+3 W.
Planning a bedside or reading position
The fitting measures 45 cm high, 18.2 cm wide and 21 cm deep. Compare these dimensions with your headboard, chair back and nearby shelves before choosing its position. Wall mounting leaves the bedside table surface available, but you still need clearance for the shade and access to the controls on the base.
This combination suits a bedside position in a bedroom or hotel room, or a reading corner beside a chair in a living room or study. The spotlight's 150 lm should be understood as local illumination, not lighting for an entire room. Flat geometric forms, chrome details and the visible textile weave work with modern interiors.
Bulb choice and installation
The shaded section uses an E14 bulb. The integrated LED section and transformer are part of the fitting, which operates at 230 V. The installation instructions require a qualified installer and isolation of the electrical supply before work begins. They also advise careful handling of the shade, which can be damaged during installation.
