Brinova Mercedes Pendant Light, Oiled Oak, Cream-Silver Shades, 3×E27, 100 cm

Brinova Mercedes 1037400611528 combines an elongated oiled-oak ceiling canopy with three cylindrical shades. This version uses cream-silver jacquard fabric A1528: the close-up shows a small, regular pattern and pale edging. Each shade has its own suspension, creating a horizontal row rather than a cluster around a single central drop.

Planning a metre-long pendant

The manufacturer's dimensions are 100 cm long, 25 cm wide and 120 cm high overall. The drawing also identifies each shade as 25 cm in diameter and 18 cm high. Compare the length with your tabletop, then check the overall drop against the ceiling height and the space you want to leave above the furniture. The lower edge of the shades matters as much as the width of the canopy when deciding where to place the fitting.

Three light points arranged in a line make this a relevant option over a rectangular dining table or a kitchen island. The same layout can define a table area in a living room, restaurant or hotel. In a kitchen, plan it as a pendant above the island rather than as under-cabinet lighting. If installed in a hallway, check the available headroom below the shades.

Three E27 sources and your choice of light

The fitting accepts three E27 light sources, each rated at a maximum of 40 W. Light colour and brightness therefore depend on the bulbs selected, rather than on a fixed LED module. Check the cap, power limit and bulb dimensions against the shade space. The illuminated photograph shows one possible appearance; it does not establish a colour temperature or lumen output for every bulb combination.

Oak grain beside patterned fabric

The visible grain of the long canopy contrasts with the regular texture of the fabric cylinders. Transparent PVC cables avoid introducing another strong colour between the wood and shades. Simple geometry and the pairing of wood with pale fabric support modern and Scandinavian interiors. The silver accent belongs to the fabric pattern, not to a separate metal shade. Brinova specifies Polish manufacture and a five-year guarantee.
