The Jupiter XSARA 1171 is a three-light chandelier laid out as a bar: the arms run along one line across 74 cm of width at only 22 cm of depth. That proportion is drawn for a rectangular table top — the light spreads along the table instead of pooling at one point, and the narrow body stays clear of anyone seated at the sides.
Finish
The steel body is painted ecru and dry-brushed with gold, so the shaped parts — the central sphere, the cups above the shades and the scrolled arm ends — lift away from the ground colour. The shades are white glass, dome-shaped and facing down, with a narrow gold band at the rim that closes the composition and echoes the frame finish. It hangs from a chain finished with a matching ceiling rose.
Light and running costs
The three E27 lampholders take bulbs of up to 15 W each — a limit set for modern LED lamps, so colour temperature and brightness are yours to choose: a warm 2700 K for a dining room, a neutral 4000 K where the table doubles as a desk. Bulbs are not included. The downward shades put light on the table top; the glass diffuses it enough to keep the shadow edge soft.
Installation
The fitting weighs 2.08 kg, within the capacity of an ordinary ceiling hook or plug, though a plasterboard ceiling needs a cavity anchor or a fixing into the joist. The overall height of 75 cm is measured with the chain at full length. IP20 places the chandelier in dry interiors — not over a bath, not in a shower zone, not outdoors.
