Jupiter OPAL 12 chandelier, 2×E27, patinated brass finish

Jupiter OPAL 12 is a two-arm chandelier with pale glass shades and a steel structure in a patinated brass finish. Curved arms, an ornamental central body and broad shade rims give it a recognisably traditional shape. Brass describes the colour of the finish here, rather than the material of the whole structure.

A 67 cm span with two separate shades

The fitting measures 48 cm high, 67 cm wide and 67 cm deep. Compare these dimensions with your ceiling height, table width and the clearance needed for opening doors before choosing its position. The shades sit on opposite sides of the central body, so the full arm span matters when planning the space, not just the size of one shade.

The glass shades widen towards their open lower edges. The bulbs remain visible when viewed from below, which is worth considering over a table or wherever the chandelier falls directly within your line of sight. Pale glass also contrasts with the darker details of the patinated finish.

Choose the two bulbs separately

OPAL 12 takes two replaceable E27 light sources. The manufacturer specifies 2×E27/15 W and a 230 V supply. Bulbs are not included. When choosing them, observe the stated power rating and the space available inside the shades. Light colour and brightness depend on the bulbs you buy, rather than the colour of the glass or metalwork.

Replaceable sources let you select both bulbs for the lighting you want and later replace them without replacing the entire chandelier. Choose matching light colours for a consistent result across the two shades. The manufacturer states a five-year warranty for the fitting.

Traditional detailing for living and dining spaces

The symmetrical arms and decorated centre suit classic and retro interiors. Consider it over a dining table, in a living room, bedroom or study, or in a suitably high hallway, hotel room or restaurant. Its 67 cm span and 48 cm height should guide placement; assess the required brightness using the specifications of your chosen bulbs.
