Endon Chester 111202 Chandelier, Aged Brass, 6×B22, 62 cm, Fitting Only

Endon Chester 111202 is a six-light chandelier with an open circular frame and an aged brass plated finish. Its B22 lamp holders sit around the hoop, with slender supports leading up to the central suspension. This is the fitting-only version: shades are selected separately rather than supplied with the chandelier.

Allow for the hoop and the drop

The fitting measures 62 cm across. If you plan to hang it over a dining table, compare that diameter with the width of the tabletop and the space around it. Chester can also serve as a central pendant in a living room or bedroom. In a hallway, check the clear walking height underneath before choosing its position.

Endon specifies an overall height of 75–164 cm. The suspension uses a height-adjustable one-metre chain and black twisted fabric flex. The drop can be set during installation; this does not mean that the chandelier has a height control for everyday use. Even the shortest drop needs to be checked against the ceiling height.

Choose bulbs and shades separately

The six holders take LED B22 bulbs rated at up to 7 W each. Bulbs are not included. B22 is a bayonet cap rather than an E27 screw cap, so check the designation when ordering your light sources. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulbs you choose. The fitting is dimmable, but dimming requires suitable bulbs and a compatible control.

Endon recommends pairing Chester with six decorative 16 cm fabric shades from its range. These are not part of this fitting-only variant. The brass lamp holders and ring-shaped frame reference traditional chandeliers, while the aged finish also works with vintage and modern classic interiors. The separately chosen shades will affect the finished appearance.

Ceiling installation and care

The installation instructions specify domestic ceiling use and exclude bathroom locations. Chester is a Class I fitting and must be earthed. The supporting surface and fixings must carry its weight; consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about installation. Clean with a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners. Isolate the power before maintenance and allow bulbs to cool before replacement.
