Lucide TAYLOR 09930/10/31 is a white, two-head ceiling spotlight designed for bathroom use. Its cylindrical heads sit side by side on a rectangular ceiling canopy, and each can rotate and tilt. The aluminium body has a matt powder-coated finish, and two replaceable GU10 LED bulbs are supplied.

Direct each beam separately

The movable heads let you aim the light at two chosen areas rather than keeping both bulbs pointed in the same direction. The included bulbs have a 40° beam angle, so consider the positions of the surfaces you want to illuminate when planning the installation. This is directional lighting, rather than a fitting with a broad shade that spreads light evenly in every direction.

Each bulb uses 5 W and has a stated luminous flux of 320 lm. The CRI 95 colour-rendering value applies to the supplied bulbs. Keeping these per-bulb figures separate makes comparison with a single spotlight clearer and helps you assess whether the room layout calls for additional lighting.

Dimming also warms the light

The supplied bulbs use Dim to Warm technology. As their brightness is reduced, the colour temperature becomes warmer, moving from 3000 K towards 2200 K. This is not an independent, multi-setting CCT selector. To use the dimming function, you need a compatible external dimmer; one is not included. When replacing the bulbs, choose suitable GU10 sources and check their specifications. The warming effect depends on the replacement bulbs, not simply on the fitting's sockets.

Size and bathroom installation

The manufacturer's stated overall dimensions are 24 × 10 × 12.3 cm. Compare these with the available ceiling space and the intended head positions before choosing the mounting location. The IP44 rating and bathroom designation do not permit installation in every bathroom zone: follow the placement guidance in the manual. A qualified electrician should make the connection to the 230 V supply.

The plain canopy, repeated cylindrical shapes and uniform white finish suit modern, restrained interiors. This version has no contrasting metallic accents or decorative shade. Its two individually adjustable heads provide the directional control while keeping the visible construction limited to the canopy and spotlights.
