NORLYS London Big 4116BL black outdoor wall lantern, LED 9.5 W 3000 K

NORLYS London Big 4116BL is a black outdoor wall lantern mounted above its wall arm. A pitched roof, slender corner supports and a curved bracket retain the outline of a traditional English lantern. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium in RAL 9005.

Allow for the projection from the wall

The fitting measures 67 cm high and 30.5 cm wide, with a 46 cm projection from the wall. At an entrance, on a terrace or on a balcony, account for this reach: the lantern and bracket should not obstruct an opening door or reduce passage space. The drawing shows a 23 cm-high wall plate, helping you compare its position with the facade details.

The visible construction suits classic facades and vintage schemes. It can also be used on the outdoor walls of a hotel, restaurant or gazebo where a decorative lantern on an arm is wanted rather than a small spotlight close to the wall surface.

757 lm from the complete fitting

The integrated LED module operates at 9.5 W with a colour temperature of 3000 K, giving warm-white light. The manufacturer specifies 1100 lm for the source itself but 757 lm for the complete luminaire. Use the latter value when comparing wall-light output; the two figures must not be added together.

The module is part of the lamp, so there is no separate E27 bulb to select. It is not intended for user replacement, however: the instructions require professional NORLYS servicing. This distinction matters when planning how the light source will be maintained later.

Follow the mounting and connection instructions

The fitting has an IP54 rating and electrical protection class II. Mounting uses four 5 mm holes with 25×140 mm spacing. The documentation specifies installation cable with a diameter of 7–10.5 mm and warns against damaging the gasket with tools. Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional; correct connection is also part of preserving the seal.
