NORLYS Nora 2473GB LED outdoor wall light beige grey RAL 7006, 3000 K

NORLYS Nora 2473GB is an outdoor wall light with a square front and a shallow body. Its cast-aluminium housing is powder-coated in beige grey RAL 7006. A plain front panel and straight edges give it a minimalist appearance that also suits restrained Scandinavian architectural schemes.

A compact fitting for walls and façades

The housing measures 13 × 13 × 5 cm. Before choosing a mounting position, compare those dimensions with the available wall area and the distance to adjacent façade details. Nora requires a wall on which it can be fixed: it is not a freestanding garden post. Its 5 cm depth is the relevant measurement when checking how far the body will project from the mounting surface.

Diffused light is directed both upwards and downwards. This distribution is intended for illuminating wall surfaces and façades, including walls beside a terrace or balcony. The IP65 rating means the fitting is dust-tight and protected against water jets, not suitable for immersion. Beige grey is a distinct Nora finish, rather than another name for the black or graphite variants.

Warm white light with DALI2/TD control

Two integrated LED modules produce warm white light at 3000 K. The luminaire delivers 613 lm and consumes 15.3 W overall. Use the luminaire output when comparing brightness, rather than the higher figure stated for the LED sources alone. Satin-finished safety glass covers the light sources.

An electronic driver is included in the fitting, and the manufacturer specifies DALI2/TD control. Plan a compatible control installation instead of assuming that any wall dimmer will work. Both the LED modules and the control gear can be replaced by a professional service technician. This version does not take ordinary screw-in bulbs.

Preparing the mounting and connection

The supply is 220–240 V and the fitting is electrical protection class I. Installation and servicing require a suitably qualified person. Mounting uses two 5 mm holes in a 63 × 112 mm pattern; fixing plugs are not supplied. The instructions require a round installation cable with a diameter of 7–10.5 mm. Only that cable may be used to pierce the gasket, so this requirement should be considered before preparing the electrical connection.
