Nowodvorski EYE SPOT 8820 ceiling spotlight, 4×GU10, brass and black

Nowodvorski EYE SPOT 8820 is a four-head ceiling spotlight combining solid-brass cylindrical heads with a black painted-steel base. The heads are grouped on a square ceiling plate rather than spread along a long bar. Brass surfaces provide the visible accent, while the dark plate gives the arrangement a defined outline.

Direct the heads towards separate areas

The spotlights can be aimed at different parts of the interior, allowing one fitting to distribute light across several areas of a living room, dining room or kitchen. In a study, it can supplement room lighting. Check the illumination at the desk against the bulbs you choose and the distance to the work surface; the number of heads alone does not establish a suitable light level.

The manufacturer specifies two lighting sections divided 2/2. If you want separate control of the two pairs, have an electrician check the available wiring and arrange the appropriate connection. When adjusting a head, do not force it past the resistance of the rotation stop.

Choose four LED bulbs separately

This fitting takes four replaceable GU10 R50 LED bulbs, each rated at no more than 10 W. Bulbs are not included. Select their colour temperature, light output and beam angle as well as the correct cap: these choices determine the lighting result, rather than the brass colour of the housing. A bulb can be replaced without replacing the complete fitting. The 4×10 W specification is a permitted bulb-power limit, not a fixed energy consumption or a promise of brightness.

Check the ceiling footprint

Overall height is 8–16 cm and width is 19.5–34 cm, depending on the position of the spotlights. Each cylinder measures 9.6 cm high and 5.5 cm in diameter. Compare the maximum footprint with the available ceiling space before installation, leaving room to aim the heads. The fitting uses a mounting bracket, and a qualified electrician should carry out the mains connection.

The plain tubular shapes and brass-and-black combination suit modern, minimalist and industrial interiors. Directed room lighting can also be useful in an entrance hall, corridor or dressing room. EYE SPOT 8820 is an indoor fitting, not an outdoor lighting option.
