Nowodvorski PALMAS 10729 is an LED wall light combining a chrome finish with transparent textured glass. Rounded edges, a vertical metal divider and reflective framing give the fitting a defined decorative outline, even when the light is switched off.
Allow for the projection as well as the height
The fitting measures 30 cm high and 16.5 cm wide, with an 11.5 cm projection from the wall. Compare all three measurements with the intended position before installation. In addition to the available wall area, check nearby furniture and the swing of adjacent doors. PALMAS mounts directly to the surface; it is not a plug-in lamp with a trailing mains lead.
Aluminium is the main material, accompanied by glass and PC plastic. Chrome and transparent elements identify article 10729, rather than the brass version in the same collection. Its symmetrical framing and patterned glass suit modern-classic and New York-inspired interiors.
Neutral white light with no bulb to select
The integrated LED source is included, so there is no separate bulb cap or lamp wattage to choose. The manufacturer specifies 15 W, a luminous flux of 1000 lm and a 130Β° beam angle. This is a broad spread of light around the fitting rather than a narrow, directed spotlight.
The 4000 K colour temperature gives neutral white light, not the warm white associated with 2700 K. When combining it with other fittings, compare their colour temperatures rather than assuming they will match. A CRI above 90 indicates good colour rendering of illuminated objects. Indoor placement and maintenance
The catalogue card explicitly specifies indoor use. IP44 allows PALMAS to be considered in a bathroom lighting plan, but the actual installation position must comply with applicable electrical requirements. It does not establish outdoor suitability. The fitting can also provide supplementary wall lighting in a living room, bedroom, hallway or dining area.
A qualified person must connect the light to the 220β230 V supply. Switch it off and allow it to cool before cleaning. The instructions recommend a damp cloth while keeping moisture away from electrical parts. Leave the light switched off until it has dried completely.
