Max Light BARRO C0035 black ceiling spotlight, 1xGU10, 14x15 cm

The Max Light BARRO C0035 is a black ceiling spotlight for one GU10 bulb. Its two adjoining cylinders have different roles: one forms the ceiling-mounted base, while the other is the movable lighting head. The aluminium construction has a straightforward technical shape, without an additional shade or ornamental arms.

Two cylinders, one light source

A short joint connects the head to the base and allows the direction of the light to change. The head can face down or tilt towards a chosen part of the room. The two visible cylinders do not mean that there are two bulbs: C0035 is the single-source version. Keep that distinction in mind when deciding how many fittings are needed for separate areas.

The fitting is 14 cm wide and 15 cm high, with a cylinder diameter of 6.5 cm. When positioning it, consider nearby walls, tall cupboards and the space required for the intended head angle. Its short projection below the ceiling distinguishes it from a long suspended pendant.

Choose the GU10 bulb separately

The bulb is not included. The fitting accepts one GU10 source rated at a maximum of 50 W and operates on 230 V. The 50 W figure is a permitted upper limit, not a fixed energy consumption with any bulb installed. Actual consumption depends on the chosen source within that limit.

Colour temperature, light output and beam angle also need to be selected when buying the bulb. The movable head changes where the light is aimed, but it does not replace choosing the right beam distribution. C0035 therefore does not have a single predetermined brightness or colour temperature: those characteristics come from the installed source.

Plain black geometry for directional lighting

The simple cylinders and continuous black finish suit modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. BARRO can form part of spotlighting in a hallway or entrance area, or supplement other fittings in a living room, bedroom, study or dining room. Its directional construction can also be considered for kitchens, offices, shops, hotels and restaurants. In each setting, choose the bulb for the particular area to be lit rather than relying on the fixture's appearance alone.
