SLV NUMINOS PD PHASE M LED pendant light white/black 14 W 4000 K 1004263

The SLV NUMINOS PD PHASE M 1004263 is a single LED pendant with a white cylindrical body and a black ring around the light opening. Its matt finish and plain aluminium housing give it a restrained outline without a wide shade interrupting the view across a countertop. This version combines a 4000 K colour temperature with a 36° beam angle.

A focused beam rather than all-round illumination

Current SLV documentation specifies a power consumption of 14 W and a luminous flux of 1950 lm. The neutral-white 4000 K light matters when matching other fittings in the same space: this is not one of the warmer NUMINOS variants. A CRI of 90 describes the colour rendering of objects under the light.

The 36° beam directs light downwards instead of spreading it equally in every direction. It can provide local illumination over a dining table, kitchen island or desk. The size of the illuminated area depends on the distance between the pendant and the surface below it. Luminous flux alone does not establish whether one fitting will adequately light an entire room.

Allow for the body and suspension dimensions

The cylindrical body is 8.5 cm in diameter and 18.5 cm high. Its round ceiling canopy measures 10.3 cm across, while the suspension cable is 250 cm long. Compare these measurements with the ceiling height and the intended clearance above the table. The installation manual permits shortening the cable during fitting; it does not describe a suspension that can be repeatedly adjusted in everyday use.

Choose the correct dimming method

The PHASE version works with a trailing-edge phase dimmer, not DALI control. Check the manufacturer's compatibility guidance and the dimmer's minimum load before choosing a control device. Similar-looking NUMINOS fittings do not necessarily use the same control technology.

The integrated LED source and control gear must be replaced by a professional. Ceiling installation and connection to a 220–240 V supply require an electrician and a protective earth connection. The narrow white-and-black cylinder suits modern and minimalist living or working areas where a compact downward-facing pendant is preferable to a broad decorative shade.
