SLV NUMINOS S CW DALI 1004390 LED ceiling spotlight, white/black, 7.8 W, 2700 K, 24°

SLV NUMINOS S CW 1004390 is a single surface-mounted LED spotlight with a white cylindrical body and a black ring around the light outlet. A short support connects the adjustable head to a round mounting base. The manufacturer specifies aluminium and polycarbonate for the housing.

A narrow beam for selected features

This 2700 K version produces warm-white light. Its 24° beam concentrates the output on a selected area, so the head can be directed towards a picture, shelf or part of a retail display. It is a directional fitting rather than a broad, diffuse ceiling light. The specified adjustment allows 90° of vertical tilt and 350° of horizontal rotation.

Current SLV documentation gives a power rating of 7.8 W and a luminous flux of 950 lm. CRI 90 provides a reference when comparing how fittings render the colours of illuminated objects. The colour temperature is fixed for this version: changing brightness does not provide a choice between warm and cool white.

Control compatibility and mounting space

The fitting supports DALI 2 and Touch control. Check the intended control method when adding it to an existing installation; a dimmable rating does not establish compatibility with every conventional wall dimmer. The manual describes connecting DALI control wires to the designated terminals.

The head is 6.5 cm in diameter, while the fitting measures 16.2 cm in length and 14.5 cm in height. Its mounting base has a diameter of 10.3 cm. Compare these dimensions with the space around the electrical connection and the direction in which the head needs to point. The manual permits wall or ceiling surface mounting for size S. Connection to the 220–240 V supply and protective earth requires a qualified electrician.

Restrained shape and maintenance

The simple cylinder, short support and contrasting ring suit modern and minimalist interiors. Consider the spotlight for accent lighting in a living room, bedroom, entrance hall, corridor or shop, planning the remaining illumination around the whole space rather than the highlighted object alone.

The LED light source and control gear may be replaced only by a professional. For external cleaning, the manual specifies a cloth lightly dampened with water, after disconnecting the power and allowing the fitting to cool.
