Thoro BISCUIT 100 taupe LED pendant light 4000 K TH.678

Thoro BISCUIT 100 in taupe is a linear pendant light with an aluminium body and a scalloped lower edge. The repeating curves give it a different outline from a plain LED bar, while the grey-beige finish allows that distinctive shape to sit alongside quieter colours. This TH.678 variant has an integrated LED source producing neutral-white light at 4000 K.

Measure the body and the suspension separately

The number 100 identifies the size variant rather than its exact measurement. The body is 98.5 cm long, 13 cm wide and 6.5 cm high. Compare its footprint with your table or worktop and consider the seating positions before choosing a location. Its horizontal layout follows the long axis of a dining table, kitchen island or work surface.

The technical drawing gives an overall height of 200 cm and a spacing of 54 cm between the suspension points. The taupe ceiling canopy measures 23 × 5.5 × 3 cm, and the power cable is transparent. These measurements help you plan the ceiling fixing positions and check the distance to the surface below. The overall height should not be confused with the height of the shade itself.

Included LED and colour rendering

The light source is included, so there is no separate screw-base bulb to select. Thoro specifies 12 W, a luminous flux of 1420 lm and a colour rendering index of CRI 98. The 4000 K light colour distinguishes this version from the warmer 3000 K option in the collection. High colour rendering is relevant when looking at food, material colours or samples in a studio. The LED sits within the aluminium body, and the manufacturer describes the light as diffused.

Interior placement and control choices

Other supported settings include a home office, living area, reception or restaurant table. The scalloped outline suits contemporary and Scandinavian interiors, particularly where simpler surrounding shapes leave its rhythm visible. The fitting uses a 230 V, 50 Hz supply and is protection class I. If you require DALI, PUSH DIMM, remote or app control, confirm the ordered configuration first. The brand's range of control systems does not mean that each is included in this particular article.
