THORO LAGOM TH.520 gold linear ceiling light 181 cm LED 40 W 3000 K

THORO LAGOM TH.520 is a gold-finished linear ceiling light with two slender illuminated sections meeting at a central canopy. Its aluminium body spans 181 cm and directs light downwards. Planning its position therefore means considering a full line across the ceiling rather than the diameter of a conventional round fitting.

A long fitting with a shallow profile

At 4 cm wide and 7 cm high, LAGOM stays close to the ceiling while retaining a distinctly elongated shape. Consider this format for a hallway, living room or bedroom where a pendant would hang too low. Before choosing its position, compare the complete 181 cm length with the available ceiling space and the location of your electrical supply.

The canopy measures 24 × 4 × 6 cm. The installation drawing shows fixing points for the central housing and supports towards the ends of the light bar. Planning should therefore account for more than the central connection alone. This is not a pendant suspended from height-adjustable cables.

Warm white light and colour rendering

Both LED light sources are included. The manufacturer specifies 40 W and a luminous flux of 2847 lm. A colour temperature of 3000 K gives warm white light, while CRI 93 is a useful comparison point when selecting illumination for timber, fabrics and coloured surfaces. This particular version should not be confused with the separately offered 4000 K model.

Downward output makes a position above a dining table or kitchen island worth considering. The actual illuminance on the surface will also depend on ceiling height and other fittings. A lumen figure alone does not establish how brightly a particular worktop will be lit.

Gold detail within a restrained design

Straight profiles without decorative shades suit minimalist, modern and Scandinavian interiors. The gold finish highlights the line without adding ornamental components. The fitting operates on 230 V and is electrical protection class I, requiring a protective earth connection. Have the electrical connection completed by an electrician.
