THORO LAGOM ceiling light, red ochre, 4000 K

THORO LAGOM TH.529 is a slim aluminium ceiling light in red ochre. Two linear lighting sections form an elongated composition close to the ceiling and direct light downwards. This 4000 K version produces neutral white light, regardless of the warm colour of its housing.

181 cm long and 7 cm high

The fitting measures 181 cm long, 4 cm wide and 7 cm high. When planning its position, compare the length with the available ceiling space and the arrangement of a table, furniture or hallway. Its shallow height keeps the light close to the ceiling rather than suspended from a cable.

The technical drawing shows a central canopy, together with additional fixing points along the fitting. Allow for their positions when preparing the installation area. The manufacturer’s diagram includes a separate protective-earth connection, consistent with protection class I.

Neutral white light and CRI 98

The LED light sources are included, so this version does not require separate screw-in bulbs. The manufacturer specifies 40 W and a luminous flux of 2605 lm. Luminous flux describes the quantity of light; room size and layout also need to be considered when judging whether it provides sufficient brightness.

A colour temperature of 4000 K means neutral white light. CRI 98 describes faithful colour rendering, which matters when distinguishing the shades of furniture, fabrics or objects on a worktop. The housing colour refers to its finish and does not mean the light shines red.

An aluminium line in the room

The plain outline without decoration reflects the manufacturer’s stated minimalist style. Red ochre highlights the housing, while the narrow profile leaves a clear line along the ceiling. The LAGOM collection also includes wall lights that can be combined with it.
