TRIO TARIFA 862800432 ceiling spotlight bar – 4×E14, matt black and chrome-plated glass

TRIO TARIFA 862800432 is a four-light ceiling fitting with a matt black metal frame and glass shades with a chrome-plated finish. Rounded shades and ribbed glass distinguish it from a plain spotlight bar with smooth heads. Four E14 sockets run along the horizontal support, with bulbs selected separately rather than supplied with the fitting.

A long ceiling bar without a pendant drop

The fitting measures 71 cm wide, 20.5 cm high and 13 cm deep. Compare those dimensions with the position of your ceiling connection and the furniture below it. TARIFA occupies a longer section of the ceiling without hanging down on long suspension cables. Each shade has a diameter of 10 cm. This exact model is specified for ceiling mounting only, so it should not be treated as an interchangeable wall fitting.

The manufacturer confirms swivelling arms. Their arrangement can therefore be adapted to different parts of the room instead of keeping all four light points in a straight line. That adjustment concerns the arms, not the overall height or a variable suspension length.

Choose the light as well as the fitting

Each socket takes an E14 bulb rated at no more than 10 W. Bulbs are not included; those visible in the photographs illustrate the fitting in use. Your chosen bulbs determine its light colour and output. Four sockets alone do not establish how brightly a whole room will be illuminated. The manufacturer recommends LED bulbs.

For brightness adjustment, choose dimmable bulbs and a dimmer that is compatible with them. This is not a fitting with an integrated LED module or built-in brightness control.

Ribbed chrome-finished glass and retro detail

The contrast between the matt black support and the glossy, ribbed shades combines a linear layout with a retro accent. It can sit within modern interiors featuring metal details or more deliberately retro schemes. TARIFA can serve as ceiling lighting in a living room, bedroom, kitchen or circulation area. In a dining area, its elongated shape provides a line above the furniture without a long pendant. Base the placement on the actual dimensions and the bulbs you buy, rather than the brightness shown in a product photograph.
