V-TAC VT-7338-BE E27 pendant light – chrome, beige cable

The V-TAC VT-7338-BE is a single-bulb pendant with a chrome-finished metal lampholder and beige cable. Its round ceiling canopy and narrow suspension lead to an exposed bulb rather than a shade, so the light source you choose becomes part of the visible design.

Choose the bulb as well as the fitting

The lampholder takes an E27 bulb, which is not included. Images showing a fitted bulb illustrate a possible appearance, not an extra component supplied with the pendant. Consider the bulb's shape and surface alongside its light output and colour temperature. These choices determine the brightness and colour of the light; the chrome suspension does not provide a fixed lighting specification of its own.

The documentation specifies a maximum of 60 W for traditional incandescent bulbs and also allows E27 LED sources. This limit is not the pendant's own energy consumption. With no shade around the bulb, the source remains visible from the side. When planning its position, consider seated eye level and how the selected bulb looks when viewed directly.

A chrome cylinder with a beige suspension

The simple cylindrical holder and reflective metal suit modern, minimalist and loft-style interiors. The beige cable distinguishes this BE version from the other colour variants. Instead of placing a large shade above a piece of furniture, the design leaves the bulb on view.

The source lists residential, hotel, restaurant, office and commercial uses. A single pendant can be considered above a table or kitchen island, but the required output and number of light points depend on the room and bulbs. Several pendants in a room photograph do not mean that several fittings are supplied together.

Connection and care

The fitting requires a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply. Connection must be carried out by a suitably qualified person with the power disconnected. Disconnect it and allow it to cool before cleaning or changing the bulb. The instructions recommend a soft, slightly damp cloth while keeping moisture away from electrical parts and connections. Allow everything to dry before switching the power back on.
