ZAMORA LE42216 by Luces Exclusivas is a silver-coloured LED wall light with a slender horizontal head. Two narrow arms connect the light bar to a rectangular wall plate. A pale diffuser strip runs along the underside, completing the simple geometric construction in metal and acrylic.
Planning its position above a picture
The head projects forward from the wall plate, making this a useful form for lighting a framed picture, print or photograph. Compare its 37.6 cm width with the frame before deciding on the mounting position. The width of the fitting does not, by itself, establish the size of the area it will illuminate.
The light is 5.5 cm high and 20.5 cm deep. Allow for that projection as well as the space occupied on the wall. Checking these measurements against a deep frame and nearby objects helps establish where the bar will sit in relation to the display. The low, horizontal outline is a defining feature of this particular ZAMORA version.
Warm white LED included
An integrated 12 W LED source is included, with a stated luminous flux of 801 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K. There is no separate screw-in bulb to choose for this fitting. Its warm white colour is part of this version, so compare it with any other lights used around the display. The fitting operates on a 230 V supply.
A restrained silver finish
The straight bar, paired arms and rectangular backplate suit modern and minimalist wall arrangements. As supplementary picture lighting, ZAMORA can be considered for a living room, dining room, bedroom, study or corridor. It serves a particular section of wall rather than replacing the room's general lighting.
