Argon TYBER 475 white aluminium ceiling light, E27, IP20

Argon TYBER 475 is a white ceiling light with a narrow cylindrical body. Its lacquered aluminium housing has a textured finish, while the open underside reveals a silvery interior. This is the version with one E27 socket, not one of the smaller GU10 fittings from the same family.

A compact cylinder without a pendant drop

The fitting measures 15 cm high and 9 cm in both width and depth. It mounts directly to the ceiling, rather than hanging from a cable with a suspended shade. Compare its height with the available space before choosing a position, and consider its diameter alongside any other planned ceiling lights.

A single cylinder can form part of a larger lighting layout. The number of fittings needed is not determined by their compact size alone: the room area and the lumen output of the selected bulbs also matter. A small housing does not establish how brightly the finished installation will illuminate the room.

Check bulb dimensions as well as the socket

No bulb is supplied. The TYBER 475 instructions specify an E27 LED bulb rated at no more than 15 W, with a maximum diameter of 50 mm and maximum length of 105 mm. An E27 base alone does not guarantee a suitable fit if the bulb is too wide or too long for this narrow body.

You choose the brightness and colour temperature through the separately purchased bulb. The white finish does not indicate a cool-white light, and the maximum wattage is not a brightness rating. Compare the bulb's dimensions, wattage and lighting information before buying.

Restrained form for living and working spaces

The manufacturer lists living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, studies, teenagers' rooms and entrance halls among the applications. In a hall or corridor, its surface-mounted form provides an alternative to a hanging fixture. The plain cylinder suits modern and minimalist interiors, with textured white paint retaining a simple outline on the ceiling.

The installation drawings show a ceiling bracket and protective-earth connection. Have the connection to the 230 V supply carried out by a qualified installer.
