CIRCOLO LED Pendant Lamp M 10811 Nowodvorski Promo Code 🚀- NOVO15 until the end of Oct 25

The CIRCOLO LED M 10811 is a pendant lamp built as a vertically hung ring 60 cm across. The ring profile is aluminium lacquered in black (RAL 9005), and a white PC diffuser band runs along one of its side faces. The ring hangs on two thin steel cables from an elongated ceiling plate.

Size and suspension

The ring is 60 cm in diameter and the fitting measures at most 140 cm from the ceiling to the bottom edge of the ring — compare that figure with your ceiling height and with whatever will stand beneath it. The ceiling plate is not a round rose but a bar 30 cm long and 4 cm wide that projects 7.5 cm below the ceiling.

The lamp weighs 0.76 kg. No mounting kit is supplied, so the plugs and screws are chosen to suit your own ceiling. The suspension length can be altered, but the manufacturer reserves that for a qualified electrician — it is not an adjustment to make straight out of the box.

The light it gives

The light source is an integrated 21 W LED, built in permanently and not replaceable with a bulb; the manufacturer states a life of 30,000 hours. At 3000 K it gives warm white light with a slightly yellow cast.

Its 660 lm is less than an old 60 W bulb gave (around 800 lm), so the ring works as a companion light rather than the only one in the room. The luminous band sits on one side face of the ring and throws its light sideways at 70°, not straight down below the fitting. A colour rendering index above Ra 90 means colours under this light look close to how they look in daylight.

Where it can hang

The manufacturer intends CIRCOLO LED M for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, offices and studies, as well as hotel and restaurant interiors. It is for indoor use only. It works in protection class I, so the box behind the ceiling plate has to carry an earth conductor.

The form is modern and modernist: one closed circle, a flat profile with no ornament and only two visible support cables. Switched on, what you mainly see is the lit circle — the profile itself stays black and matt. The CIRCOLO series also includes smaller pendant versions, a wall light and a wall-and-ceiling fitting.
