Italux Botta PLF-63746-M-WH is a white plastic LED ceiling light with a diameter of 30 cm. Its shallow circular body surrounds a broad, pale front surface with a narrow rim. This is the 24 W version: the M-WH article suffix distinguishes it from the other sizes and colours in the Botta family.
Choose the light colour before installation
The manufacturer specifies three colour temperatures selected before installation: 2800 K, 4000 K and 6000 K. These correspond to warm, neutral and cool white respectively. Decide which appearance suits your lighting plan before the fitting is installed; the three figures should not be understood as a continuously adjustable range for everyday operation.
The LED light source is included, so there is no separate E27 or GU10 bulb to select. The stated luminous flux is 2400 lm. Botta is not dimmable, and choosing the colour temperature does not provide brightness adjustment. When comparing ceiling lights, consider the light output separately from whether you prefer a warmer or cooler shade of white.
A shallow fitting for general lighting
At 4.5 cm high, the fitting sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging into the space below. Compare its 30 cm diameter with the available ceiling area and the position of other lights. Its ceiling-mounted form makes it a practical option for general lighting in a hallway, corridor, kitchen, bedroom or dining room. Whether one fitting provides enough light for a larger living room depends on the room's size and layout, not simply the wattage.
White finish and IP44 protection
The plain circular outline, without decorative arms, suits modern and minimalist interiors. A white body maintains a light ceiling palette rather than adding a dark feature. IP44 provides protection against splashing water; bathroom positioning must still comply with the requirements of the relevant installation zone. Botta belongs to the manufacturer's indoor lighting range and operates on 220–240 V. The stated warranty is five years.
