Nordlux Marsi White LED Wall Light, 21 cm, 7 W, Moodmaker

Nordlux Marsi is a white wall light built around two circular shades of different sizes. The smaller disc sits in front of the larger one, with light directed onto the rear surface rather than coming from an exposed bulb. This 2312351001 version combines metal with a PMMA element and has a RAL 9016 finish.

Reflected light with three brightness settings

The integrated LED provides warm white light at 3000 K, with an output of 260 lumens at full brightness. This makes Marsi an option for supplementary wall lighting in a living room, bedroom or entrance area alongside the main lighting. It is not a spotlight with an adjustable beam: its light is distributed through reflection onto the round rear shade.

Moodmaker offers three brightness levels selected by operating the switch. When using the supplied cable, the control is on the cable itself. The installation instructions also show operation with a normal wall switch. There is no separate dimmable bulb to select, as the LED light source is built in and non-replaceable. Nordlux specifies an LED lifespan of 20,000 hours.

Size and connection choices

The fitting measures 21 cm in height and 21 cm in width. Compare that footprint with the available wall space and the position of the electrical supply before choosing its location. A 150 cm white cable with a textile covering is included. The manufacturer allows installation either with this cable or directly onto a wall electrical outlet.

According to the instructions, mounting screws are not included and must be selected for the wall material. Disconnect the power before carrying out electrical connection work. This version is intended for indoor installation.

A compact composition of circles

The offset discs and single white finish create a restrained shape without projecting arms or hanging ornaments. These features suit Scandinavian, modern and minimalist interiors. In a corridor or stairwell, Marsi can supplement the other lighting points. Plan its position around the reflected light it provides, rather than treating the circular front as a directional task light.
