SOLVIRA LE45498 by Luces Exclusivas is a white LED ceiling light built around a large, open ring. A straight support connects the slim circle to the central ceiling canopy, leaving the space inside the ring open. Its aluminium and acrylic construction draws attention to an outline rather than the volume of a closed shade.
An 80 cm circle without a long drop
The fitting measures 80 cm in diameter and 16.3 cm in height. These dimensions matter in different ways: the ring occupies a substantial area of ceiling, while its shallow projection avoids the long suspension of a pendant. Compare both measurements with the intended position, rather than judging the size from the product photograph alone. This is a broad ceiling fitting, not a small spotlight.
Its format can be considered for general lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining room or spacious entrance hall. Above a dining table, it stays near the ceiling instead of hanging down towards the tabletop. The white finish, open centre and straightforward geometry support modern, modernist and minimalist interiors where the circular outline is the main decorative feature.
Integrated LED and three colour temperatures
The LED source is included as part of the fitting, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to choose. The manufacturer specifies 48 W, a source luminous flux of 3180 lm, and colour temperatures of 2700, 3000 and 4000 K. The first two are warm white, while 4000 K is neutral white. Compare these values with other lights in the room: colour temperature describes the appearance of the light, not its brightness.
Plan for TRIAC dimming
Brightness can be controlled through a TRIAC controller. A dimmable installation therefore needs compatible control rather than an assumption that any dimmer will work. The supply voltage is 230 V. Check the control arrangement alongside the desired light colour and available ceiling space when planning the installation.
