Quintiesse Skye 6-light E27 cluster pendant Heritage Brass QN-SKYE-6P

Quintiesse Skye QN-SKYE-6P is a six-light cluster pendant designed by Lisa McDennon for Hinkley. Open clear-glass globes hang at different levels on black cables, with slender rings and steel components in a Heritage Brass finish defining the asymmetrical arrangement.

Plan for the full drop

The cluster measures 58.9 cm across, while the fitting itself is 146.4 cm high. That fitting height is not the complete distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the pendant: the overall drop ranges from 169.2 to 230.2 cm. Compare that range with your ceiling height and the position of any table or walking route beneath it.

This vertical composition can be used above a dining table or in a tall living room, restaurant or hotel lobby. A stairwell or mezzanine setting also calls for a check of circulation space, rather than judging the pendant only from its appearance when viewed from below.

Installation height and globe arrangement

Two 30.5 cm rods and one 15.2 cm rod are supplied to configure the hanging height during installation. The manufacturer also permits mounting on a sloped ceiling. The ceiling canopy measures 15.4 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm high, useful dimensions when checking the intended connection point.

A cinching ring changes how closely the cables and globes are gathered together. The layered outline comes from individually suspended shades rather than the fixed arms of a conventional chandelier. The black cables remain part of the visible design.

Choose six separate bulbs

Skye takes six E27 bulbs rated at a maximum of 60 W each, or suitable LED equivalents. Bulbs are not included. Their shape and light colour contribute to the finished appearance because the clear glass leaves them on view; the manufacturer recommends decorative Edison-style bulbs.

Dimming requires dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, which is not supplied. The open globes, fine metal rings and brass-coloured finish reference mid-century modern design. They suit retro or contemporary interiors where the construction and light sources are intended to remain visible instead of being concealed by an opaque shade.
