SLV NUMINOS CL DALI S 1004422 is a surface-mounted LED ceiling light with a white cylindrical body and a black rim around the light opening. Its aluminium housing measures 6.5 cm in diameter, taking up little ceiling area while remaining visible below it. This is the narrow 24° beam version, rather than a broadly diffused ceiling fitting.

A concentrated beam in warm white

The 1050 lm output is directed downwards through a single light opening. A concentrated beam can pick out a particular part of the room; when using several fittings, their spacing needs to reflect the ceiling height and the area being lit. The lumen figure alone does not establish even coverage across an entire room.

A colour temperature of 3000 K gives warm white light, while CRI 90 matters when viewing the colours of furniture, fabrics or displayed objects. This variant has no colour-temperature selector. It can provide accent lighting in a living room, entrance hall or corridor, and form part of a designed lighting scheme in a hotel, restaurant or shop.

Match the installation to the DALI version

Current manufacturer data specifies 7.8 W and supports DALI 2 and Touch dimming. Check that the intended control arrangement matches this version before selecting it. DALI compatibility does not mean that an arbitrary wall dimmer will work. The mains supply is 220–240 V at 50/60 Hz.

The LED light source is a fixed part of the fitting, not a screw-in bulb to be selected separately. The manufacturer allows replacement of the light source and control gear by a professional. Its declared 50,000-hour service life should therefore not be read as a routine bulb-change interval.

A visible cylinder below the ceiling

Allow for the 16.2 cm body height beneath the mounting surface. Surface mounting distinguishes this version from recessed NUMINOS fittings. The plain white cylinder and contrasting black lower edge suit modern and minimalist interiors, without a hanging cord or decorative shade.
