Zambelis 25151 is a recessed wall reading light with a flexible neck and a small cylindrical head. Its round cover plate, neck and head share a textured black finish, with the manufacturer specifying metal and aluminium construction. The built-in LED makes this a dedicated bedside reading fitting for residential bedrooms and hotel rooms.
A narrow beam with the switch on the head
The flexible neck lets you position the head in relation to the book you are holding. A 24° beam concentrates the light into a limited area, so this fitting provides local reading illumination rather than replacing the room's general lighting. When choosing its position, compare the reach of the neck with the distance between the wall and your usual reading position.
The integrated LED is rated at 3 W and 160 lm, with a warm-white colour temperature of 3000 K. Its CRI of 90 describes colour rendering for the objects it illuminates. An on/off switch sits on the head itself, avoiding the need to reach back to the wall plate. This is a non-dimmable light: the switch turns it on and off but does not adjust brightness.
Check the recess before installation
Model 25151 needs a 3.8 cm diameter cut-out and 5 cm of installation depth. The visible base is 9.5 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thick, while the manufacturer's overall length range is 20–46 cm. The cylindrical head measures 1.9 cm across and 7.7 cm long. The base diameter and cut-out diameter describe different parts of the installation and should not be substituted for one another.
The instructions specify connection to the electrical supply and installation by a professional electrician. Input voltage is 220–240 V. The built-in LED is not an ordinary replaceable bulb; the instructions reserve replacement for the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
A restrained black bedside detail
The plain round plate and slender neck give this wall light a modern, minimalist appearance without a decorative shade. In a bedroom or hotel room, its black outline can relate to other visible details around the bed. Choose the mounting position with both the neck's reach and access to the head-mounted switch in mind, rather than relying on headboard height alone.
