Aldex Bot 3 white ceiling spotlight GU10-AR111 100 cm 1046PL_E

Aldex Bot 3 1046PL_E is a white metal ceiling spotlight with three cylindrical heads spaced unevenly along a long mounting bar. Two heads sit closer together, while the third is set apart. Its matt finish and straightforward geometry give it a restrained contemporary appearance rather than the repeated rhythm of evenly spaced ceiling spots.

Direct each of the three heads separately

Each spotlight is attached to a movable joint, allowing its direction to be adjusted independently. Light need not fall only beneath the bar: different parts of the room, a wall or a selected furnishing can be considered separately when planning the arrangement. The positions of the heads along the bar are part of the design. Direction is adjustable; the spacing between the heads is not presented as adjustable.

This directional ceiling light can suit a living room, hallway or kitchen where light needs to be divided between several areas. In a dining space, the table and its surroundings can be included in the plan. The chosen lamps and their beam angles will also affect the resulting coverage, so three heads alone do not establish the brightness of a whole room.

Allow for the full 100 cm bar

The fitting measures 100 cm wide, 15.5 cm high and 11.5 cm deep. Each cylindrical housing is 11.5 cm in diameter. Compare the full bar length with the available ceiling area and the position of the electrical supply point before ordering. Bot 3 is an elongated surface-mounted fitting, not a compact single spot or a pendant whose drop is determined by a cable.

GU10 lamps in the ES111 format

The manufacturer specifies three GU10 LED lamps in the ES111 format, with a maximum of 10 W per lamp. The installation instructions also use the designation AR111 / ES111. Check both the cap and the lamp size when selecting compatible sources, rather than relying on GU10 alone. Choose light colour and beam angle for the intended effect. The white bar and simple matt cylinders complement minimalist and modernist interiors even when each head points in a different direction.
