Asker Pro 1319GR Graphite LED Bollard Light 7.8W 4000K DALI2 85 cm by NORLYS

Asker Pro 1319GR is an 85 cm bollard light shaped like an inverted L. The body is cast aluminium powder-coated in graphite (RAL 7016), 11 cm wide, and its head projects 20 cm and shines downwards onto the path in front of the bollard.

What light it gives

The 5.8 W LED module produces 828 lm, and 706 lm leaves the complete luminaire, which draws 7.8 W. 4000 K is neutral white, with CRI 80. The Ledil SCL lens gives an asymmetric IESNA type II / III distribution – the light falls in a band along the path rather than in a round pool around the bollard, so these bollards are set in a row along the edge of a path or driveway. Only 1% of the flux goes upwards (BUG B1-U1-G1), so the light does not glare into windows or brighten the sky.

Control and connection

The luminaire is controlled over DALI2: switching and dimming are digital, through a DALI controller or gateway, not through an ordinary phase dimmer. It is protection class I, so it must be connected to a protective earth conductor. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², further luminaires can be looped through with conductors up to 3 × 1.5 mm², and the cable may be up to 12.5 mm in diameter. With an inrush current of 5 A / 220 µs, the manufacturer allows 82 of these luminaires on a B 10A breaker and 130 on a B 16A.

Installation and service

The bollard is bolted down through four ø8 mm holes on an 18 × 50 mm pattern. The fixing parts are sold separately: a concreting anchor (1907), a ground anchor (1908), a concrete-foundation adapter (1909) or mounting adapters (3081, 3090). The housing is rated IP65 with IK08 impact resistance. The LED module is replaced by a professional service, while the driver can be replaced by the user; the manufacturer lists service kit ZS1319zx0011. The module is rated L90 109,000 h and the driver 100,000 h. The bollard weighs 4.41 kg.
