Elstead Bowtie wall light matte black 2xG9 IP44 bathroom

Elstead Bowtie wall light – refined glow for the mirror

The two-light Bowtie wall light comes from the British maker Elstead Lighting and is designed for functional lighting above a mirror. Its slim, rectangular steel body in matte black carries two opal shades of frosted glass that softly diffuse the light and soften harsh reflections while you get ready. With an IP44 rating the fitting is a safe choice for the washbasin zone, where resistance to moisture and splashes matters.

Where to use it

Thanks to its compact form and warm, welcoming light, the Bowtie works beautifully above a bathroom mirror, in a hallway, beside a dresser or in a walk-in wardrobe. Mount it on its own above the basin or in a pair on either side of a mirror for even, flattering illumination of the face. The opal glass spreads the light gently, so the fitting never dazzles and adds a cosy ambience.

Style

The minimalist, geometric silhouette and restrained finish let the light sit naturally in both modern and Scandinavian interiors. Matte black adds understated elegance, while the milky shades bring softness to the room. It is a timeless piece that keeps its contemporary look for years.
