Lucide BRICE-LED white bathroom LED ceiling light 18 cm IP44 28116/18/31

Lucide BRICE-LED 28116/18/31 is a round flush ceiling light with a white, matt aluminium body. A broad outer ring surrounds the opal illuminated surface. This particular version measures 18 cm across and has an integrated LED light source rather than a socket for a separately chosen bulb.

A shallow fitting with a defined footprint

The 3.9 cm height keeps the fitting close to the ceiling, without a pendant drop or an adjustable suspension cable. Compare its diameter with the space available around your electrical connection before choosing it. Other sizes belong to the BRICE-LED family, but these measurements apply specifically to white article 28116/18/31.

The one-piece aluminium housing has a powder-coated finish. Its circular outline, matt surface and lack of decorative arms support modern and minimalist interiors. It reads as a compact ceiling element rather than a hanging centrepiece, which matters when you want to keep the ceiling composition restrained.

Warm white output and an external dimmer

The current manufacturer documentation specifies a 12 W LED source, 800 lm light output and a colour temperature of 3000 K. Light is directed downwards and the fitting is not adjustable in direction. The warm white colour temperature is fixed, with no colour-temperature switching. When planning a larger room, consider that output as part of the overall lighting arrangement rather than assuming one small fitting will provide all the light required.

Brightness can be adjusted using a compatible external dimmer, which is not supplied. The fixture is controlled through the wall installation and has no sensor. The driver and installation materials are included, and the fitting connects to a 230 V supply. There is no separate screw-in LED bulb to select for this version.

Bathroom placement and supplementary indoor light

Lucide identifies this fitting as suitable for bathrooms and specifies IP44. Its position must still follow the bathroom zones shown in the installation instructions; that rating does not permit unrestricted placement next to water. The shallow form can also serve a hallway, corridor or kitchen, or provide supplementary living-room lighting. Electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the power isolated.
