Quintiesse Meridian pendant light 3×E14 Ø57.2 cm – distressed gold, smoked glass

Quintiesse Meridian QN-MERIDIAN-3P-DG is a three-light pendant with a white glass orb enclosed by rows of smoked glass discs. Its steel frame has a distressed gold finish, while the textured discs remain a prominent part of the design when the light is off.

Two appearances from the same smoked glass

The white glass orb diffuses the light from the bulbs inside. When illuminated, the surrounding discs take on a lighter grey appearance; when switched off, they look dark grey. Consider both views when matching the pendant to furniture and finishes, rather than relying only on a photograph of the lit fitting.

Repeated circular discs and metal rods converging above the body create a geometric outline. The combination of distressed gold and smoked glass suits modernist and retro interiors. This is not a uniformly gold shade: the darker glass and its visible texture account for much of the pendant's appearance.

Check the complete hanging height

The fitting is 57.2 cm in diameter and its body is 59.7 cm high. Overall drop is adjustable from 70.5 to 130 cm. Before placing it above a dining table, compare that range with your ceiling and tabletop heights. Body height alone does not tell you where the bottom of the installed pendant will sit.

Meridian can serve as a decorative pendant in a living or dining room. The manufacturer also identifies stairwells as a suitable setting. For that position, allow for the fitting's width and headroom above the stairs, not simply the location of the electrical connection.

Choose three replaceable E14 bulbs

The pendant takes three E14 bulbs, each rated at no more than 40 W. Bulbs are not included, so brightness and light colour depend on your chosen sources rather than the tint of the outer discs. The manufacturer confirms compatibility with dimmable lamps; brightness adjustment requires suitable dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. There is no integrated LED module.
