The Rendl Stig wall spotlight, code R13941, has a black round wall base, a ball joint and a conical head. A lever switch sits under the base. It is surface-mounted, not a recessed downlight and not a pendant. Rendl describes it as a lamp for one chosen zone.
Size and aim
It is 9 cm high, 8 cm in diameter and 14 cm deep, so it stands 14 cm off the wall. Compare that depth with the gap beside a headboard, a picture frame or a passage before fixing it, because the head needs room to move. It tilts 30° and rotates 350°. That changes beam direction, not mounting height.
The body is metal, in the matte black finish of the R13941 photographs. Rendl lists the weight as 412 g.
Light and contents
The head has an integrated 5.6 W LED, 404 lm, 3000 K and a 34° beam. The source is included, and the box also contains the transformer for 230 V. The 5.6 W figure is the module power, not a limit for a replaceable bulb.
A 34° beam puts those 404 lm into a narrow cone: a defined pool beside a wall, headboard or picture, not even light across a room. 3000 K is warm white. Rendl states a life of up to 30,000 hours. The lever switch turns the fitting on and off at the body.
Where it belongs
Rendl specifies Stig for indoor residential and commercial rooms. The adjustable head and the body switch suit a bedside, a reading chair, a living-room accent, a picture, a hall, a hotel room or a desk. At 404 lm and 34° it will not replace the main light in a large living room. It is not an outdoor fitting.
The manual requires the circuit to be off at the breaker and installation by a qualified person. A switch on the lamp is not a mains plug.
Form
A black cone on a cylindrical base, without ornament, a candle arm or a wide shade. The shape is a modern, minimalist wall spotlight, not a classic sconce.
