s.luce Ball Cluster 3-Light Pendant, Gold Ø20 cm Shades, Black Suspension, E27

s.luce Ball Cluster is a three-light pendant with gold metal shades and a black suspension. Each spherical head has an opening underneath and a characteristic slot that allows part of the light to travel upwards.

Overall size and adjustable heads

Each of the three shades measures 20 cm in diameter. The manufacturer lists an overall arrangement measuring 40 cm long and 40 cm wide, so the diameter of one globe does not describe the complete fitting. Compare the whole group with the space available above your table or in the kitchen.

The heads swivel to change the direction of the light. The lower openings direct light beneath the fitting, while the slots add indirect illumination upwards. Adjusting the heads therefore changes where the direct light falls. The gold shades hang from black cables under a shared black ceiling canopy.

Three bulbs chosen separately

The fitting has three E27 sockets, each rated for a light source of up to 40 W. Bulbs are not included, so three must be purchased separately. This lets you select brightness and colour temperature for your intended use rather than accepting the fixed colour of an integrated module.

Dimming is possible with suitable light sources. If you want to adjust brightness, choose dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. The fitting operates at 230 V and is protection class I, which requires a protective earth connection.

Rooms and construction

The manufacturer identifies living rooms, bedrooms, studies and dining rooms, and also mentions kitchens and entrance areas in the description. Metal spheres without elaborate ornament create a modern, restrained form. Three separate heads provide a group of lights from one ceiling mounting point; consider their diameter and direction when positioning them above the chosen surface.
