SLV NUMINOS S CL PHASE 1004143 surface-mounted LED ceiling light white/black 8 W 4000 K 36°

The SLV NUMINOS S CL PHASE 1004143 is a surface-mounted LED ceiling light with a white aluminium body and a black ring around the light opening. Its slender cylinder measures 6.5 cm in diameter and 16.2 cm in height. This version combines neutral-white 4000 K light with a 36° beam, so choosing its position matters as much as choosing its appearance.

A defined pool of downward light

The 1100 lm output is directed straight down. A 36° beam concentrates the light more than a broadly diffusing ceiling fitting. The illuminated area changes with the distance between the fitting and the surface below. When arranging several lights, consider ceiling height and spacing together rather than expecting one cylinder to illuminate an entire room evenly.

The 4000 K colour temperature gives a neutral-white appearance, while CRI 90 describes colour rendering. The fitting can form part of a lighting plan for selected areas of a living room, hallway, dressing room or retail interior. Its plain cylindrical body and absence of decorative arms suit modern and minimalist schemes. The black lower ring remains a distinct visual contrast against the white housing.

Surface mounting and compatible dimming

This is a ceiling surface-mounted fitting, not a recessed downlight or a track spotlight. Allow for its 16.2 cm projection when checking clearance below the ceiling. Connection to a 220–240 V supply requires a protective earth conductor and must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Current SLV documentation specifies 8 W. Brightness can be adjusted with a compatible trailing-edge phase dimmer; check the dimmer's minimum load before specifying it. This is not the DALI version. The LED light source and control gear are replaceable only by a professional, rather than through a normal screw-in bulb change. For exterior surfaces, the instructions specify a cloth lightly moistened with water. Disconnect the power and allow the light to cool before cleaning.
