Jupiter SARA 1284 ecru chandelier with floral shades, 5 × E27

Jupiter SARA 1284 is a five-arm chandelier with an individual floral shade above each arm. Pink flowers on a pale fabric background sit above curling supports, while the manufacturer's ecru finish distinguishes this version from a plain white fitting. The pattern is part of the lamp's appearance even when the lights are off.

Floral fabric and an open frame

The shades widen towards their lower edges, leaving the curved arms and their scroll-shaped ends visible between them. Slender uprights meet beneath the chain suspension. The exact product photograph also shows darker, golden-toned markings over the light-coloured frame. These describe its appearance, not a claim that the fitting is made from solid brass.

The manufacturer lists steel, fabric and PVC as the materials. When coordinating the chandelier with curtains, upholstery or wallpaper, consider the pink flowers and brown-toned leaves as well as the pale base colour. This is not a set of plain neutral shades: the floral decoration remains a distinct feature rather than disappearing into the outline of the frame.

Five replaceable E27 bulbs

There are five E27 sockets, with a manufacturer rating of 5 × E27/15 W. Bulbs are not included, so five suitable light sources must be selected separately. A replaceable socket fitting allows an individual bulb to be changed without replacing the chandelier. Choose colour temperature and brightness from the specifications of those bulbs; the fitting itself does not establish one fixed light colour.

Placement and decorative style

The branching frame and chain suspension make this a hanging chandelier rather than a shallow ceiling light. It can be considered above a dining table, in a living room or in a bedroom where the ceiling height leaves sufficient space below it. Compare the fitting's dimensions with the furniture and available headroom before choosing its position. Floral shades, scrolling arms and the aged-looking finish support classic, Provençal and shabby-chic interiors.
