Keter Lighting MERA 1536 twin wall light 2×E27, black and gold, smoked glass

Keter Lighting MERA 1536 is a twin wall light with rounded smoked-glass shades and a black metal frame. Open metal cages surround the upper part of each shade, while gold-coloured details around the lampholders distinguish the BLACK/GOLD version. A shared arm carries both light points from a circular wall plate.

Smoked glass leaves the bulbs visible

The shades combine glass and metal rather than hiding the light sources behind opaque fabric. In the product photograph, the bulbs remain visible through the tinted glass, so their shape contributes to the appearance of the installed fitting. The black wirework also remains a distinct feature when the light is off. Gold-coloured parts provide small accents without replacing the predominantly black frame.

This exposed construction suits industrial and loft-inspired interiors. The rounded glass distinguishes MERA from a wall lamp made only of wire cages, while the two separate shades create a horizontal arrangement on the wall rather than a tall, narrow feature.

Allow for its 40 cm width

The manufacturer specifies a width of 40 cm, a height of 25 cm and a length of 23 cm. Compare these measurements with the available wall space, nearby furniture and the swing of any adjacent door before deciding where it will go. A twin fitting takes up more space across the wall than a single wall light; the wall plate alone is not a useful guide to the overall size.

MERA can provide supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining room or entrance hall. In a corridor, account for the space occupied by the glass shades as well as the wall mounting point. The manufacturer specifies indoor use, not garden lighting.

Two E27 bulbs are required separately

The fitting takes two E27 bulbs, with no light sources included. Choose both bulbs for compatibility with the fitting and the space inside the glass shades. Brightness and colour temperature depend on those selected bulbs, not on the BLACK/GOLD finish name. The photograph illustrates the lamp with bulbs installed, but those shown are not an indication of package contents.
