LEGANES wall lamp by Luces Exclusivas LE42424

LEGANES LE42424 by Luces Exclusivas is a compact LED wall light with a polished chrome finish. Its curved shade projects in front of a rectangular wall plate, pairing a pale acrylic element with a reflective body. The manufacturer specifies aluminium and acrylic for this version.

Check the footprint and projection

The fitting measures 12 cm wide, 7.5 cm high and 9.8 cm deep. Compare all three measurements with the space available before choosing its position. A low height does not make this a flat fitting: its projection from the wall needs to be considered beside cupboards, shelves and other furnishings.

The short, rounded body occupies a limited stretch of wall rather than forming a long lighting bar. When planning the arrangement, use the actual 12 cm width instead of assuming dimensions from another member of the product family.

Warm white light, with the source included

One integrated 5 W LED light point is included. There is no separate screw-base bulb to select for this fitting. Its specified colour temperature is 3000 K, giving warm white light, and the manufacturer declares 513 lm for the light source. These are the parameters of LE42424, not a choice of colour temperature made by changing a bulb.

For supplementary lighting, consider these figures alongside the size of the room and the other lights already planned. A lumen figure alone does not establish the illuminance at a particular surface. Nor does it confirm that a single wall light can replace the main lighting throughout a room.

Bathroom use and restrained styling

The manufacturer lists this model as a bathroom wall light and specifies IP44. This rating includes protection against splashing water, not immersion. Choose the installation position according to the requirements of the relevant bathroom zone and the 230 V electrical supply.

The chrome finish and simple geometry suit contemporary, pared-back interiors. Beyond the bathroom, the light can be considered for supplementary illumination in an entrance hall, corridor, bedroom or living room, taking account of its small scale and warm white output.
