Jupiter MOKA 1971 is an eight-light chandelier with gold-coloured arms radiating from a black vertical centre. Four pale glass globes alternate with black spherical lamp heads edged in gold. Made from steel and glass, it spreads mainly horizontally, placing separate light points across an open framework rather than inside one large shade.
Allow for the full spread of the arms
The fitting measures 100 cm wide and 95.5 cm deep, so its footprint matters in both directions. Comparing it only with the length of a dining table would overlook the arms extending sideways. It suits a position above a dining table or in the main living area where the wide outline can remain clear of tall furniture.
The manufacturer lists a height of 47–69 cm. Compare this range with your ceiling height and the intended position of the lowest part of the chandelier. Above furniture, check the distance from the tabletop; in an open part of the room, leave sufficient clearance for people passing underneath. These measurements are particularly relevant to this broad, radial shape.
Four G9 bulbs and four GU10 bulbs
All eight light sources are replaceable, but they are not all the same type. MOKA 1971 requires four G9 bulbs and four GU10 bulbs. Bulbs are not supplied, so both types need to be selected separately before the whole fitting can be used. Keep the appropriate base type in each part of the chandelier when replacing them later.
Light colour and light output depend on the bulbs you choose rather than on a fixed integrated module. The fitting operates at 230 V. Photographs with illuminated globes show the appearance with bulbs fitted, not the contents of the package.
A modern Sputnik outline
The radiating arms and alternating globes give MOKA its Sputnik character. Gold-coloured lines define the framework while black parts mark the centre and selected ends. This is a modern chandelier for an interior where its visible structure is intended to remain part of the composition even when switched off. The manufacturer specifies indoor use and a five-year warranty.
