Nowodvorski MONO 7764 adjustable wall light with switch, black and gold

Nowodvorski MONO 7764 is an adjustable wall light with a switch, a black cylindrical head and a gold-coloured interior. Its narrow rectangular wall plate keeps the outline compact. This black-and-gold MONO variant uses lacquered steel with ABS plastic components, as specified by the manufacturer.

Direct the head, rather than extend the fitting

The movable head changes the direction of the light while the wall plate stays fixed. The installation manual illustrates movement ranges of 90° and 345° and warns against forcing the head beyond its mechanical stop. Adjustment here means aiming the light, not extending a telescopic body or changing a cable length.

Depending on its position, the fitting measures 11.5–19.5 cm high and 5.5–12 cm wide, with a projection of 8–13 cm from the wall. Allow for the largest outline when choosing a position beside a bed, armchair or hallway route, and keep the switch accessible. In a living room or study it can supplement other lighting by directing light towards a chosen area. Whether that light is suitable for reading also depends on the bulb selected and the distance to the page.

Choose one replaceable bulb separately

The fitting takes one LED GU10 R50 bulb rated at no more than 10 W. The bulb is not included. Colour temperature, light output and beam angle are therefore selected with the bulb rather than fixed by the wall light. The socket does not establish a CCT function. Its switch provides on/off control; it is not evidence of an integrated dimmer.

Black-and-gold detail and installation

The plain cylinder and slim wall plate suit modern and minimalist interiors, while the black exterior can accompany industrial details. Gold appears inside the head, so this is not a solid-brass version. It can also provide supplementary wall lighting in a dining room, kitchen, office, hotel or restaurant, without being assumed to illuminate the entire room on its own.

A mounting bracket secures the fitting, which connects to a 220–230 V installation. Protection class I must be observed, and connection should be carried out by a qualified person. The package contains the light, instructions, an Allen key and a support bracket. The manufacturer specifies indoor use, not wet zones or outdoor installation.
