Sigma Sfera 35 – a compact ceiling dome with an angled opening

The SL/32474 version brings the recognisable Sfera shape into a smaller footprint. Its matt black dome measures 35 cm across, while a sloping lower edge exposes a gold interior with a visibly irregular texture. The simple volume is therefore deliberately off-centre: one side appears more enclosed and the opposite viewpoint reveals more of the decorative inner surface. Light reflected from the gold finish emphasises its pattern and creates a clear contrast with the dark outer shell.

A smaller scale for a carefully chosen zone

The complete fitting is 35 cm wide and deep and 20 cm high. A shade height of 17 cm retains the rounded, three-dimensional profile without claiming as much space as larger members of the range. It can define a compact dining spot, a section of hallway, a bedside area or one particular part of a living room. The direction of the angled rim should be considered during installation, as this controls the viewpoint from which the gold interior is most exposed.

One accessible E27 light source

The painted steel body supports a mineral-composite shade. A single E27 socket takes a separately purchased, replaceable lamp, with a maximum LED rating of 15 W. This allows the colour temperature, useful output and beam style to be chosen for the intended setting. Access for replacement is straightforward through the open base of the dome.
