The Steinel RS PRO P1 S V3 056032 is a white, circular wall or ceiling light with integrated LEDs and a high-frequency motion sensor. Its opal cover and rounded housing form a restrained shape without a projecting detector. This NW version produces neutral white light at 4000 K.
Lighting for circulation areas
Steinel identifies corridors, entrance halls and stairwells as the main applications. A diameter of 28 cm and a height of 11 cm give you the measurements needed to check the mounting position against nearby doors and other fittings. Both the housing and opal cover are plastic. The plain circular design suits modern and minimalist circulation spaces without relying on decorative detailing.
The complete luminaire delivers 980 lm at 9.4 W. Its LED system is included, so there is no separate bulb to select or purchase. Neither the light source nor the control gear is replaceable. When the light source reaches the end of its life, the whole fitting must be replaced.
Adjusting motion-controlled operation
The sensor covers 360°, with an adjustable detection diameter from 1 to 8 m. A twilight threshold of 2–2000 lx determines the ambient brightness at which it responds. The lighting time can be set between 5 seconds and 15 minutes. Two supplied metal shields help restrict detection in selected directions.
A 10% basic light level can remain active for 10 or 30 minutes, or throughout the night. Soft light start provides a gradual switch-on, while a selectable continuous-light mode keeps the fitting on for four hours.
Installation and cleaning
Up to ten lights can be interconnected by cable. A qualified electrician should carry out the mains installation, and the light must not be connected to a dimmer. The specified maximum mounting height is 4 m. For cleaning, use a damp cloth without detergent after safely isolating the power supply, as directed by the manufacturer.
