+ looks beautiful - diffusers have noticeable differences in their thickness causing a disturbing "shadow effect" on the tip of the diffuser/dome - can only fit max 40mm wide (and max ~90mm tall) bulbs which makes finding appropriate ones quite challenging - extending the height (beyond 100cm) requires a separate order from a retailer maytoni's official explanation on the diffuser "shadow effect": "the shades for this model are made of white diffusing glass, which has a high level of scattering while absorption and transmission are balanced by adjusting the thickness of the diffuser. so the “shadow effect” can be because these diffusors have bigger thickness of glass in the centre than all around. it cannot be considered as defect." which is hilarious for a lamp of this price category.
