The Styx Quintiesse LED pendant places a sculptural cluster of gold-finished branches inside an open black steel frame. This QN-STYX-LED-P-BG version has the Black & Gilded Gold finish, with its lighting integrated into the frame rather than a separate bulb suspended among the branches.
Plan for the full drop, not just the body
The body measures 510 mm wide and 510 mm deep, with a fitting height of 538 mm. Its footprint is square, so the width should not be read as the diameter of a round shade. The overall drop from the ceiling is a different measurement: between 669 and 1431 mm.
Three rods of different lengths are supplied to set the hanging height during installation. The manufacturer also permits mounting on a sloping ceiling. Before placing the pendant above a dining table or in a living area, compare the available drop with your ceiling height, tabletop position and any circulation space beneath it. The body height alone will not tell you where the bottom edge will sit.
Warm-white LED with dimming
The integrated 48 W LED tape is included, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to choose for this fitting. The manufacturer specifies 5234 lumens and a colour temperature of 3000 K, giving warm-white light. This version has a specified light colour rather than a choice of colour temperatures.
Brightness can be adjusted using a dimmer switch. Include the lighting controls in your installation planning if you intend to use this function; dimming should not be confused with changing the stated colour temperature. The fitting is designed for a 220–240 V, 50 Hz mains supply.
A decorative frame for dining and living spaces
The straight frame contrasts with the irregular, textured branches, bringing together contemporary geometry and glamour detailing. Its open construction leaves the central arrangement visible from several angles, making it a considered option above a dining table or within a living-room seating area. The sculptural decoration remains on view when the light is switched off. This is an interior fitting.
