Trio WACO 627417531 LED ceiling light, matt white, 75 cm

Trio WACO 627417531 is a circular LED ceiling light with a 75 cm diameter. A matt-white metal body surrounds a plastic cover in the same finish. Its broad, uninterrupted face and narrow rim create a restrained shape without arms, hanging cables or exposed bulbs.

A wide footprint with a shallow profile

The fitting is 6.5 cm high, so it projects only a short distance from its mounting surface rather than hanging into the room on a cord. However, the 75 cm diameter still requires a substantial clear area. Compare that measurement with the available ceiling space before ordering, particularly near tall cupboards, built-in furniture and other ceiling fittings. A shallow profile should not be mistaken for a small lamp.

TRIO permits both wall and ceiling mounting. For general lighting, WACO can be considered for a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room or home study. In a corridor or stairwell, the available mounting area deserves particular attention. The plain circular construction suits modern and minimalist interiors rather than acting as an ornamental chandelier.

Choose one of three white-light settings

The integrated LED sources are included, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to select. A DIP switch on the fitting provides a choice of 2300, 3000 or 4000 K: very warm white, warm white or neutral white respectively. These are three distinct settings, not a continuously variable colour-temperature range or a remote-controlled colour function.

White-light selection and brightness adjustment are separate functions. Dimming uses a compatible external dimmer. The installation manual lists example devices and operating modes; check the suitability of the specific control before choosing it rather than assuming compatibility with every dimmer.

Plan the electrical connection

WACO operates on 230 V, 50 Hz and is a class I fitting, requiring a protective earth conductor. Prepare the fixing and wiring in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This is not a fitting for ordinary replaceable bulbs, so changing a bulb's wattage or colour temperature later is not a way to alter its lighting specification.
