LED strips 3Y have an extended warranty period. 3 year warranty for IP65HS, IP65 and IP67 tapes and 5 years for IP20 tapes. 3Y tapes also mean lower voltage drops in the created light installation. Each LED strip in the 3Y series comes with Blue Tape mounting tape.
Cold white color
The cold white color of the LED tape brings a glow to the room in a color close to blue. It will be used where focus and emphasis on sterility is needed, e.g.. In doctors' or dentists' offices.
IP20 LED tape
IP20-rated LED strips are covered with a thin protective layer, which protects them from small contaminants. However, they do not have any additional protection, so they are not recommended in applications where increased moisture resistance is required.
LED strips 24V - lower voltage drops
LED strips with 24V are an increasingly popular choice among professionals designing LED lighting systems. Thanks to the use of increased voltage, LED strips allowing the use of longer lengths without the risk of voltage drops, which manifest themselves asymmetrical light intensity across the LED strip. Note that the choice of 24V LED strip is related to the selection of a suitable LED power supply.
See the colors in their natural shades
CRI indicates how the colors of the illuminated object are rendered. The higher the value, the more natural the objects look. Naturally, that is, as if they were lit by daylight. The use of tape with a CRI of more than 90 allows to reflect the true color of objects in the room where the LED tape was used.
Requires the installation of a power supply
LED strips are powered by low, safe voltage. To connect them you need a power supply. The choice of power supply depends on the parameters of the LED strip. 24V tapes need a power supply with 24V output voltage. Another important aspect is adequate power. The power of the power supply must be adapted to the power and length of the tape to be mounted. If a section of LED strip is 5m long, the power of the LED strip should be multiplied times 5.
